Reviews and Ratings
Staying here was a mixed experience. The rooms were absolutely huge and unlike ordinary hotel rooms but unfortunately, it was too hot in the rooms, and they weren't available at the check-in time of 3 PM. The service was highly professional and accommodating, even though our issues weren't related to the hotel. The location was great, near the entrance to Old Salem Village, but there was dirt in one area. The dining was nice, with a wonderful selection for everyone. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
Staying at the top of the hotel was total comfort. The rooms come equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee, and even 2 bottled waters. However, noise from above can be a disturbance.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and unique with a great layout, and the service was incredibly inviting and friendly. The location was excellent, near downtown and Old Salem, offering a lovely stroll. Although the dining was excellent, the facilities could use a bit of improvement.
